End User Licence Agreement

This End User Licence Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the fundr automated trading software and dashboard (together, the "Software"). It supplements the fundr Terms of Service. By creating an account, activating the Software, or connecting any trading account to it, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Licence grant

Subject to your continued compliance with this Agreement and the Terms of Service, and to payment of all applicable fees, fundr grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable licence to access and use the Software for your own individual trading, for the duration of your paid subscription or, on the Lifetime plan, for the operational lifetime of the Service.

2. Single user

The licence is granted to one natural person. Accounts may not be shared, sold, rented, leased, assigned, or transferred, and credentials may not be disclosed to any other person. Access by more than one individual, or from patterns indicating shared use, is a material breach of this Agreement.

3. Restrictions

You shall not, and shall not permit any third party to:

• reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, trading logic, signal methodology, parameters, or algorithms of the Software;
• copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, sublicense, publish, or otherwise make the Software or any part of it available to any third party;
• create derivative works from, or any product or service competing with, the Software;
• circumvent, disable, or interfere with any licensing, authentication, rate-limiting, or security mechanism;
• access the Software or its API by automated means beyond the documented integrations, or scrape, harvest, or extract its data or outputs in bulk;
• remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notice;
• use the Software unlawfully, or in breach of the rules of any prop firm, broker, exchange, or platform to which you connect it.

4. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. All right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all strategies, algorithms, models, source code, dashboard code, API endpoints, documentation, and all intellectual property rights in them, remain the exclusive property of Blaze Props AI LLC. No rights are granted other than those expressly set out in this Agreement.

5. Your data and your accounts

You retain ownership of the trading account credentials and configurations you supply. You grant fundr the limited right to process them solely to operate the Service for you. fundr does not hold, custody, or have withdrawal access to your trading capital, and does not act as your broker, adviser, agent, or fiduciary.

6. Self-directed operation

You alone decide whether to activate the Software, how to configure it, and which accounts to connect. You may pause, disable, or reconfigure it at any time from your dashboard. You are solely responsible for all trading activity on your accounts, including every order placed by the Software you configured and activated.

7. No warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PROPBOTS AI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

fundr does not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of delay, that signals will be delivered or executed, or that any financial result, evaluation pass, funded account, or payout will be achieved. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

8. Limitation of liability

The limitations and exclusions of liability in Section 9 of the Terms of Service apply to this Agreement and are incorporated by reference, including the cap on aggregate liability at the total amount actually paid to fundr in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Updates

fundr may modify, update, or discontinue features of the Software at any time. Updates released generally to customers form part of the Software and are covered by this Agreement.

10. Term and termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach any of its terms, and ends when your subscription ends. On termination the licence immediately ceases, webhook connections are severed, and you must stop all use of the Software. Sections 3, 4, 7, 8, and 11 survive termination. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as set out in the Return and Refund Policy or as required by applicable law.

11. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, and the dispute-resolution provisions of Section 14 of the Terms of Service apply to it, including the agreement to arbitrate and the class-action waiver, together with the non-waivable rights preserved there.
